Our garden view suites are fully enclosed and are heated during the winter months. Garden rooms have windows surrounding them which can be opened in hot/nice weather to allow plenty of fresh air. These are puurfect for cats that love the outdoors. Garden rooms have views of our family garden where they can watch plenty of birds and squirrels.

Our Butterfly Rooms are slightly larger then our garden view rooms and face our family garden, where cats can watch squirrels and birds. Between each window directly in front of your furbaby's room is a cat TV displaying fish, birds, mice and ducks! There is always plenty of entertainment.
Cat Pedicure Service
Nail trimming is available for only £5 per cat.
We can come to pamper your kitty in their own home (great for nervous cats) if you live local or we can trim their nails during their stay with us.
Please speak to us when you check in and we can arrange this for you.
We are based in a secure private garden where there is an abundance of wildlife including, squirrels and wild birds. We have bird feeders so that your little VIPs get to watch them feeding. All our pussy cats love watching the birds.
All our suites have thermostatically controlled heaters to keep your fur babies comfortable during their stay with us.
Litter trays are cleaned several times a day as needed. A member of staff will play and stroke your babies throughout the day. Kisses are free. Our hotel is brand new and purpose built with your babies entirely as our focus. We are a small family run hotel where your VIP will be treated like a king or queen.
As a family, we have attained a variety of animal based qualifications. Debbie has over forty years experience in caring for cats. Our family have grown up with and owned cats for all of our lives. Chloe has a BSc(Hons) degree in Animal Science, specialising in Companion and Zoo Species. She also is a practicing and qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist. We all regularly complete continued professional development to stay on top of incoming research so we can ensure we provide the best care (and advice) for your furbaby.
Fees are charged per night. We do not charge for the day of departure unless a late checkout is required. A late checkout incurs a charge of an extra night.
Departures and Arrivals are by appointment only to ensure all our guests are not kept waiting. Appointments for departures will be allocated between 10.00am and 12.00pm. Arrival appointments will be between 2pm and 5.00pm. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
All fees will be payable on the day of arrival. We accept cash or bank transfer. Sorry no cheques. There are no hidden costs. Your stay includes all food. If your baby requires a special diet then you will need to provide that food. Otherwise we feed leading brands of wet or dry cat food. We can supply toys if required or you are welcome to bring your babies toys from home as they will be familiar to them. In the case of a medical emergency your baby will be taken directly to our registered vets. Fees will need to be paid before collecting your baby.
You are more then welcome to collect your cat early if we have an available appointment slot on your chosen date. Please give us a call to arrange this. However, no refunds will be given as we will not have sufficient time to rebook that room.
We are open during the Christmas and New Year period. Please book early to avoid disappointment. There is an additional charge of £50 per booking over Christmas. There is an additional charge of £30 per booking over New Years Day.
We ask for 50% of your booking total to be paid to secure your room. This deposit is not refundable. Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days prior to arrival will be liable for the full booking cost. There is a minimum of a 3 night stay year round and 7 nights during the Christmas period.
All cats must be neutered if 6 months of age and over and fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccinations will be required at check in.
