How are fees charged?
Fees are charged per night. There is no charge for the day of departure unless a late checkout is required, which will be charged as an extra night.
When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required on the day of arrival. We accept cash or bank transfers only. There are no hidden charges.
Is food included?
Yes, all stays include food. We provide leading brands of wet and dry cat food. If your cat requires a special diet, please provide their food.
Can I bring my cat’s toys?
Yes, toys are provided, but you are welcome to bring familiar toys from home to help your cat settle in.
What happens in a medical emergency?
In the event of a medical emergency, your cat will be taken directly to our registered vets. Any veterinary fees must be paid before collection.
Can I collect my cat early?
Early collection may be possible subject to appointment availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. No refunds are given for early collection.
Are you open during holidays?
Yes, we are open during Christmas and New Year. All Bank Holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, are charged at double the nightly rate.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are charged the full booking cost.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. The minimum stay is 3 nights year round and 7 nights during the Christmas period.
Are there any health requirements?
All cats aged 6 months and over must be neutered and fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is required at check-in.
